I teach yoga because I love the way it heals and transforms mind, body and spirit. We all want to be healthy and happy, and truly at peace with who we are, and that can be achieved through yoga.  My style is friendly and simple, and accessible to everyone, irrespective of age or fitness.  

I hold drop in yoga classes, one to ones and small group classes tailored to meet your needs.

I run short meditation courses and drop in meditation sessions for people with experience of meditation who find it helpful to practice in a group or for anyone who would like to come along and give it a try.

I also offer yoga for anxiety and depression and yoga for healthy backs, deep relaxation classes, workshops and retreats.
